  • Texas, as usual, is out of step with the rest of the country. Instead of doing the Texas two-step combination of popular vote and caucus, perhaps the Lone Star State should consider having either a caucus or popular vote, not both, which only adds more confusion to the political system. Keep the Texas Two-step as a dance, not a chaotic political process.
